Box is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Security Engineer to join the Enterprise Security team and own secure AI adoption at scale. You will evaluate AI tools, define guardrails, and implement controls to protect data while enabling productive use of AI across the organization.

You will partner with IT, Legal, Privacy, and Engineering to mature AI governance, perform threat modeling, and drive reusable security patterns for agent-based workflows across Box’s platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise or corporate security engineering
• Hands-on experience securing real AI deployments and agentic systems
• Strong identity and access management fundamentals

Responsabilités

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain security systems enabling productive AI use
• Architect and operate the control plane for workforce AI and egress controls
• Harden AI-era endpoints and browser security, governance tooling and policy enforcement
• Lead security architecture reviews and threat modeling for AI vendors and features
• Automate security workflows with scripting and infrastructure-as-code
• Mentor teammates and contribute to design reviews
