Qualifications

• 6+ years of cybersecurity or cloud security engineering.
• 3+ years securing GCP, AWS, or Azure in production environments.
• Experience integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes environments.
• Experience securing AI/ML workloads and Generative AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Embed security into the Secure SDLC with guardrails across design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Integrate SAST/DAST/SCA and secrets scanning into CI/CD pipelines to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Lead threat modeling and secure design reviews for cloud-native apps and microservices.
• Drive container and Kubernetes security practices: image hardening, vulnerability management, and runtime controls.
• Define and enforce API security standards: authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and threats.
• Triage, prioritize, and remediate security findings with engineering teams to improve posture.
• Establish secure coding standards and remediation for OWASP Top 10 and related issues.
• Enhance software supply chain security via dependency management and build protections.
