Job summary

NetBox Labs is seeking a hands-on Security Architect to design and ship secure AI-enabled platforms for our cloud and on-prem products. You’ll own end-to-end security across pipelines, identity, data access, and cost controls, turning reviews into pave paths used by engineering teams.

You’ll embed with engineering, product, and sales, set evaluation criteria for agent workflows, and drive threat modeling, code scanning, and supply-chain safeguards in production.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in security architecture and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience shaping security for large-scale SaaS or cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to ship secure, scalable systems.
• Experience with AI/LLM-enabled workflows and agent-based security.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship secure AI-enabled platforms with default security.
• Define evaluation criteria for agent workflows and security gates.
• Lead threat modeling, secure design reviews, and code scanning.
• Automate security across SDLC/PDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Own end-to-end security services including monitoring and incident response.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Finance.
