Job summary

ByLabs is hiring a senior security architect to design and enforce robust AI security across trading, risk, compliance, and customer systems. You will shape the security layer for autonomous AI agents that can authorize transactions, move funds, or access millions of user records.

You'll work with Group Risk & Security leadership on model selection, runtime monitoring, and red team automation, ensuring secure deployment from design to production.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in security engineering or architecture, with 2+ years on ML/AI systems.
• Deep understanding of LLM internals: pretraining, RLHF, inference, safety alignment.
• Hands-on experience with prompt injection, jailbreak research, or adversarial ML in production or competition.
• Experience securing production AI systems beyond academic papers.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI Assistants, Anthropic tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end security architecture for AI stacks, including LLM inference pipelines and agent orchestration.
• Define trust boundaries, authorization models, and least-privilege for multi-agent systems.
• Architect the AI Security Gateway: prompt/response inspection, rate limiting, anomaly detection, circuit breaking.
