Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a good driving record. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security of all areas of the property.
• Be familiar with all alarm systems and emergency procedures.
• Respond to all emergencies and report to the General Manager.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Completes and files all necessary reports.
• Maintains log, keeping it up-to-date and accurate.
• Responds to all emergencies and reports to the General Manager
• Reports any maintenance issues to General Manager
• Maintains knowledge of check-in/out procedures
• Maintains professionalism at all times.
• Approaches all situations with care and requests backup if the situation is questionable.
• All other duties as requested.

• Maintains security of all areas of the property
• Is familiar with all team members.
• Is familiar with all alarm systems.
• Maintains and knows emergency procedures and all responding agencies.
• Completes and files all necessary reports.
• Maintains log, keeping it up-to-date and accurate.
• Responds to all emergencies and reports to the General Manager
