Job summary

Amentum is seeking security-minded administrative professionals to support personnel security vetting in a Washington, DC metro area setting. This role emphasizes attention to detail, accuracy, and strong customer service as you review clearance paperwork, perform data entry, and maintain records.

Shifts run from 9am to 3pm, Monday through Friday at a fixed location. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and progressive security-related experience; an active Top Secret clearance with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Developmental-minimum 1 year experience in a security related discipline.
• Full Performance-3-5 years of administrative experience in a security related discipline.
• Senior-7+ years of personnel security experience.
• Active Top Secret US Government Clearance at time of application with ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support and data entry.
• Review security clearance paperwork and related reports.
• Redaction, file maintenance, and records management.
• Support personnel security processing and clearance vetting.
• Learn and use new proprietary computer systems; generate reports.
