Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager in North Olmsted, OH to assist the Account Manager with supervisory, training and post-operations duties at the client site. The role follows post orders and client instructions and supports onboarding for new staff.

Key responsibilities include coordinating security tasks, supervising and coaching staff, maintaining post documentation, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely reporting and client communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Guard license valid in state or must be issued prior to employment.
• Background check and drug test required after offer.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager with coordination of all aspects of the security contract.
• Supervise, motivate, coach and train Security Professionals.
• Maintain post orders and training information; ensure post cleanliness and organization.
• Conduct interviews and on-the-job training for new staff.
• Oversee reports, logs and pass-downs for the Security Department.
• Manage sub-units like fire control, command center, and loading docks as applicable.
• Respond to incidents and ensure proper reporting and client notification.
• Identify personnel issues and support disciplinary actions as directed.
