Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager in Toledo, OH, to drive daily security operations and lead a team of officers and supervisors. You will ensure client satisfaction, manage scheduling, and coordinate incident response while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

The role emphasizes developing teams, strengthening client relationships, and overseeing site operations, payroll, and inventory. A valid driver’s license and 2+ years in security or operations are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum of two years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Ability to lead, develop and retain a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies).
