Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager in Needham Heights, MA to lead daily security operations, guide a team of officers and supervisors, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver's license if driving company or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs; planning and organizing skills to control costs related to inventory (uniforms, equipment, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling leveraging AI-powered tech to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach and manage security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Respond to escalated security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site operations standards, and inventory management (uniforms, equipment).
