Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations in Metairie, LA. You will guide a team of officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service for assigned accounts.

In this role you will manage scheduling with AI tools, strengthen client relationships, oversee training and safety, and coordinate with clients during incidents. A valid driver’s license and 2+ years in security management are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company vehicle.
• Two years of experience in business operations or security management.
• Ability to develop and retain a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to align with client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach, and develop security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site standards, including inventory like uniforms and equipment.
