Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle.
• Experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team while building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach, and develop security officers and supervisors, overseeing payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as the primary contact for high-quality service.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
