Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to oversee daily security operations, lead security officers and supervisors, and ensure safety at client sites in New York. You will guide the team, manage scheduling with AI tools, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires experience in security management, staffing, and risk assessment, with a focus on operational excellence and cost control.

Qualifications

• Must have strong security management and staff supervision experience.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain a team while building client relationships.
• Experience in emergency preparedness and physical security protocols.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• 1 year plus armed security/law enforcement or military experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; hire, coach, monitor payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships; serve as the primary contact to ensure high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence; oversee training, safety, and inventories.
