Responsibilities

• Lead and develop security teams; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact, ensuring high-quality service.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site standards, manage inventory of uniforms/equipment.
