Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years management experience in security.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License; CPR/AED/First Aid Certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1–5 subordinates who supervise up to 100 employees at assigned accounts/posts.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and organizational policies; maintain prescribed standards.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate work; train employees; evaluate performance; address complaints.
• Travel up to 50% to inspect accounts or for corporate travel as needed.
• Coordinate and conduct site-specific training and annual refresher training for security personnel.
