• Must have 3-5 years in security industry or related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the direction and daily operation of an unarmed security officer force.
• Liaise between Dunbar Guard Services and contract customer; coordinate with Branch Manager, sales, and HQ.
• Supervise shift supervisors and security officers; manage scheduling and site assignments.
• Maintain site post orders; ensure they are current and followed.
• Ensure officers are properly equipped, uniformed, and compliant with policies.
• Maintain fleet vehicle records, inspections, and DOT certifications as needed.
• Support budget development and expense management with Branch Manager.
• Provide on-site supervision; fill security gaps as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
