The Parking Spot in College Park, GA is seeking a Lot Patrol Security for Saturday and Sunday overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am. This part-time role focuses on continuous surveillance of the parking facility, reporting any suspicious activity, and assisting guests while upholding a service-driven culture.

Requirements include a high school education or equivalent, possible customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, clear English communication, the ability to work in inclement

Qualificações

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to work in inclement weather.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Observe activities at the parking facility and report suspicious activity to Management.
• Maintain and monitor surveillance camera system inside office communicating with on-duty security.
• Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service to all internal and external customers.
• Cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Maintain familiarity with airport terminals and general area to answer questions and provide helpful information to guests.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
