Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking Valets for all shifts at multiple locations. This full-time role offers competitive pay and the chance to participate in an employee ownership program. You will be part of a team focused on friendly, attentive service to our guests and their vehicles.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing tickets, parking and retrieving vehicles, and helping with luggage. Benefits, bonuses, and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Prev valet, driver, attendant, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• English reading and speaking proficiency sufficient for public interactions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with luggage.
• Accurately and promptly process valet tickets.
• Operate, park, and retrieve guests’ vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Perform inventory of valet-parked vehicles and available spaces.
• Report any damage to vehicles or property immediately.
• Assist with guest luggage as needed.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management.
