Job summary

The Parking Spot in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a part-time Parking Guest Attendant to support guest check-in and check-out processes with a focus on service excellence. You will greet guests, assist at entry/exit, and answer calls while using our kiosks and Apple devices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide quick and pleasant assistance at entry/exit lanes.
• Answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices.
• Partner with team members to provide the best guest experience.
• Keep work areas neat and clean.
• Provide information on the TPS Spot Club program.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.

Pay Rate:$16.4 per hour with regular bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities of Parking Guest Attendants:

• Welcome and greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide quick and pleasant assistance supporting guests at exit and entry lanes
• Answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices while using our services
• Partner with all team members to provide the best guest experience
• Keep all Parking Guest Attendant work areas neat and clean
• Provide guests with information on the TPS Spot Club program
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management

Knowledge, Skills and Experience of Parking Guest Attendants:

• High school education or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language for safety purposes
• Ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone, iPad tablets
• Comfortable using kiosk system and adapt to technology upgrades and changes
• Ability to work in inclement weather
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds with or without an accommodation
