Job summary

The Parking Spot is hiring Parking Guest Attendants across all shifts. You will greet guests and assist at entry and exit lanes, helping with mobile devices and kiosks to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone, iPad.
• Comfortable using kiosk system and adapt to technology upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide quick and pleasant assistance at entry/exit lanes.
• Answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices with our services.
• Assist guests and collaborate with team to ensure the best experience.
• Keep work areas neat and clean and provide information on TPS Spot Club.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
