Securitas Global Clients America is hiring for a full-time Security position in ABQ, NM. The role involves patrolling multiple locations, controlling access, and maintaining a safe environment while enforcing client site regulations.

Ideal candidates are 18+, possess a high school diploma or GED, have strong computer skills, and demonstrate exceptional customer service and calm decision-making under pressure. Pre-employment screening and background checks are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, accessing control, and patrolling multiple locations.
• Enforce regulations and directives at client sites for personnel, visitors and areas.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and guests.
• Utilize security technology devices and conduct property tours.
• Handle conflict resolution and de-escalation effectively.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazards or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Perform site-specific tasks as required.

Job Title: Security - Full Time

Primary Location: ABQ, NM

Wage Range: $16.50–$18.00/hr

Shift Schedule

• Swing Shifts – Mon – Fri: 4:00 pm – 11:00 pm, 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm
• Day Shift – Mon – Fri: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises, including access control and patrolling multiple locations.
• Enforce regulations, directives, and orders at client sites concerning personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout the shift and conduct property tours.
• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for the assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Above‑average computer and technology skills.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team‑leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift.
• Professional demeanor.
• Rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation during emergencies.
• Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, drug screen, and background investigation.
• Valid New Mexico driver’s license.
