Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a part-time Security professional in Albuquerque, NM. The role emphasizes customer service, de-escalation, and security patrols during the 1300–1800 shift on Mon, Wed, and Fri. You will monitor premises, enforce site rules, and respond to incidents with professional conduct.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a HS Diploma or GED, and can work independently while maintaining vigilance and excellent communication with staff and guests.

Qualifications

Security - Part Time

Primary Location: Albuquerque, NM

Wage:$19.00/HR

Swing Shift: Mon, Wed, & Fri: 1300 - 1800 HRS

Our Security helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to theclient’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
