Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring for a full-time Security position in Anthony, NM. The role emphasizes maintaining a safe environment, with a daytime Mon-Fri shift and no weekend work.

You will monitor premises, manage access control, and patrol various client sites while enforcing site regulations. Responsibilities include de-escalation, customer service, daily use of technology, tours, and reporting safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Primary Location: Anthony, NM

Wage: $17.65/HR

Day Shift: Mon - Fri: 0800 - 1630

Our Security help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
