Job summary

Natixis seeks a Director/ED, Securitized Product Salesperson to manage and deepen relationships with institutional clients and deliver Natixis' comprehensive suite of credit products and solutions. This role operates in a highly collaborative, team‑oriented environment across CLOs, ABS, CMBS/CRE debt, corporate loans and bonds, with dedicated secondary trading coverage and new issue client engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in securitized products sales or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating across teams.
• Proven ability to influence, motivate, and build consensus with colleagues and clients.
• Strong collaboration across departments to understand objectives and constraints.
• Exceptional client relationship management with a track record of trust and credibility.
• Client-first mindset and ability to meet client needs.
• Proven multitasking in a fast-paced market.
• Licenses: SIE, Series 7, and Series 63.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with institutional clients.
• Deliver Natixis' suite of credit products and solutions.
• Cover CLOs, ABS, CMBS/CRE debt, corporate loans and bonds.
• Provide dedicated secondary trading coverage for listed products.
• Coordinate and manage new issue client engagement meetings.
• Collaborate across departments to align client objectives.
