Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to lead the implementation of new and incremental business for Securities Services within the Commercial & Investment Bank. You will manage projects across diverse clients, delivering high client satisfaction and coordinating across locations and disciplines.

You will drive requirements, design target solutions, and govern delivery with internal partners.

Qualifications

As a Client Solutions Manager, you will manage the implementation of new and incremental business for Securities Services within JPMorgan’s Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB). You’ll work with a wide range of clients, including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Pension Funds, Government Sponsored Enterprises, Banks, Broker Dealers, and Insurance Companies. Your role will span all Securities Services products, from single product implementations to complex, multi-entity deals, ensuring seamless delivery and high client satisfaction.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead execution of key implementation projects, managing resources across multiple locations and disciplines
• Drive client requirements gathering, propose and influence target solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years in Financial Services, particularly Securities Servicing
• 2+ years in a client-facing project management role or commensurate experience
