The role requires 5–8 years in securities processing, leadership experience, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in a securities transactions processing role.
Completion of the Proficiency Test for Trust Operations Personnel.
In-depth knowledge of settlement cycle concepts and the ability to resolve settlement issues.
Prior experience managing and leading a team.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of operations professionals to process securities and derivatives transactions.
Coordinate daily settlement activity to ensure accurate and timely delivery of trades.
Design procedures to increase team productivity and meet performance goals.
Act as first escalation point for settlement questions and issues.
Identify control gaps and implement solutions to reduce risk.
