Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in securities operations, settlement, or related function.
• Active Taiwan securities broker licence (required for role).
• Knowledge of equity products, accounting principles, and Taiwan rules.
• Clear written and spoken English across stakeholder contexts.
• Ability to manage concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end clearance and settlement of Taiwan cash securities transactions.
• Investigate and resolve settlement issues; escalate when needed.
• Analyze operational data to surface process improvements and present recommendations.
• Monitor activity to detect and correct errors; reduce operational risk.
• Support project implementations, product upgrades, and go-live readiness.
• Identify policy gaps and help develop updated guidelines.
• Provide on-the-job guidance and training to new team members.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies; escalate control issues.
