Job summary

Leader Bank seeks an experienced service representative to support the Solutions Desk for securities-based lending (SBL). The role involves assisting clients, coordinating with departments, and supporting risk and operations teams with loan applications and credit lines.

You will develop servicing procedures, prepare regulatory and management reports, and present proposals for servicing improvements to leadership. This is a full-time on-site role in a growing community bank.

Qualifications

• Must be a proactive self-starter and accountable in expanding a new business line.
• Client-centric with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills with prudent judgment in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in client service within securities-based lending or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the full SBL product offering and lifecycle; help develop related procedures and communications.
• Provide day-to-day assistance to customers and financial representatives by coordinating across departments.
• Support Credit Risk and Operations teams with loan applications and existing lines of credit.
• Perform outbound communications to obtain required client information and collateral details.
• Conduct oversight and reporting duties, including regulatory or management reports; propose servicing improvements.
