Bank of America is seeking a Producing Manager for Securities-Based Lending (SBL) in the GWIM group. The role leads a centralized SBL team, delivering lending solutions and driving growth with Merrill advisors in the assigned territory.

Key requirements include 8+ years in lending and FINRA licenses (Series 7, 63/66, 24) or the ability to obtain them within 120 days. This position emphasizes risk discipline, data-driven decisions, and strong collaboration with Wealth Management leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial lending, wealth management lending, or delivering wealth management solutions to clients.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Merrill leadership, advisors, and key business partners to deliver Securities-Based Lending (SBL) solutions to wealth management clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven coaching and talent development capabilities, with the ability to motivate and enhance individual and team performance.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize business development activities across multiple Merrill markets.

Responsabilités

• Manage a centralized SBL specialists team and provide coverage to a defined territory.
• Cultivate relationships with Merrill advisors to identify credit opportunities, support client outreach and implement SBL loan facilities.
• Develop and execute lending strategy with Merrill market leadership to achieve SBL growth objectives.
• Deliver inclusive leadership and process excellence aligned to risk management and company goals.
• Provide coaching and feedback to motivate, differentiate and improve performance, and build bench strength across the organization.
