Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services is seeking a Dedicated IT Support Technician (TS/SCI with Polygraph) for the Network Solutions Division in Northern Virginia. You will provide Tier II/III support for standalone kiosks and workstations, perform Windows upgrades, patching, and hardening to ensure secure, compliant IT environments.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, documentation, and the ability to travel locally between customer sites for temporary assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows workstations/kiosks in a secure enterprise.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 administration, imaging, patching, and upgrades.
• Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting Office, endpoint security, antivirus, and hardening.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, OS, and peripherals with documentation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II/III IT support for kiosks/workstations, lifecycle management, troubleshooting, O&M rebuilds.
• Perform Windows 11 upgrades, monthly OS patching, security updates, vulnerability remediation, and hardening.
