Acclaim Technical Services is seeking a Phone Technician with a current TS/SCI w/ Poly to support our Network Solutions Division in Northern Virginia. The role covers telephone installation, maintenance, and hardware troubleshooting across VoIP and legacy systems.
The candidate should demonstrate strong cabling knowledge, experience with endpoints, and the ability to resolve complex telecom issues while traveling between customer sites as required.
Competenze
- Experience with VoIP and legacy telephone systems.
- Ability to install endpoints including desktop IT equipment and printers.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware/network/telecommunications issues.
- Familiarity with cabling methods and reading cable run lists.
Mansioni
- Support telephone installation, maintenance, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Perform infrastructure tasks: pulling, terminating, and dressing cabling per standards.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues including faulty connections and dropped calls.
- Provision and configure telephony features: call routing, voicemail, extensions.
- Travel locally between customer buildings in Northern Virginia for project support.
