Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) in McLean, VA seeks an IT Support Specialist to maintain and improve enterprise IT services. The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

You will support asset management, SOPs, and IT service delivery processes on a Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm schedule at the client site. This position offers opportunities for professional growth with Total Rewards including health

Qualifications

• Crypto familiarity is required.
• Experience generating asset management reports.
• Experience developing and maintaining SOPs.
• Experience enforcing process changes and improvements.
• Experience creating IT asset transactions between partners and accounts.
• Experience performing IT asset inventories and decommissions.
• Experience with encrypted device custodian responsibilities.
• Strong organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support IT service delivery and asset management reporting.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for IT operations.
• Assist in enforcing process improvements and changes.
• Coordinate IT asset transactions between partners and accounts.
• Perform regular IT asset inventories and decommissions with proper documentation.
• Maintain records of encrypted devices and custodian duties.
