Job summary

Education required is a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with 3+ years of experience. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required, and on-site work at Tysons, VA is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience with remote desktop support to resolve critical IT issues.
• Experience troubleshooting Tier 2 technical issues.
• Experience deploying and testing hardware and software.
• Experience leading Tier 2 deployments and training resources for rollout.
• Experience using an enterprise ticketing system.
• Strong customer service and problem solving.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
