Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) in the Arlington/Falls Church area seeks a full-time SCIFs and SAPFs Facilities Project Manager to lead accreditation, security governance, and lifecycle management for multiple secure spaces.

The role requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a BS in engineering or related field, 10+ years in project management and secure construction, and experience managing multi-site portfolios with $10M+ budgets.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• US citizen with BS in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in project management and secure construction.
• 5+ years leading SCIF/SAPF build-out and accreditation lifecycle.
• Experience managing $10M+ multi-site portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Project-Level SCIF accreditation and security governance across portfolios.
• Secure facility operations and lifetime SCIF management.
• Portfolio and project management of secure-space initiatives.
• Oversee technical infrastructure and network security architecture.
• Interface with government and corporate stakeholders in a regulated defense environment.
