Job summary

The Section Supervisor in the Work Adjustment Training (WAT) program within the Employment Related Services department will oversee daily crew activities, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with contract requirements, accreditation, licensing, and HIPAA/HITECH standards. On-site coverage for the Boeing enclave and other enclaves as assigned will support quality, quantity, and timeline goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in behavioral health, rehabilitation or employment services.
• Satisfactory work record as determined by People First/Human Resources.
• Successful completion of Copa’s training program.
• Fingerprint clearance card or eligibility.
• Pre-employment drug screening.
• TB test clearance.
• Authorized driver with valid AZ license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain departmental operations to meet contract, accreditation, licensing and regulatory standards including HIPAA/HITECH.
• Coordinate information and communicate with integrity to the team while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partner companies and ensure timely billing documentation.
• Document daily progress notes, attendance, and notes in electronic records.
• Attend meetings and participate in internal/external committees.
