Job summary

Marana Health is seeking an Employment Services Coordinator to join our Behavioral Health team at the Marana Main Health Center, located in Marana, AZ.

The role supports day-to-day coordination of Employment Services and Work Adjustment Training (WAT) programs, ensuring documentation, billing integrity, and program reporting. The coordinator provides direct employment-related services and collaborates with leadership to maintain compliant, patient-centered operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in employment services, behavioral health, or related field.
• Experience with documentation, recordkeeping, data tracking, or program coordination.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona)
• Valid AZ driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of Employment Services and WAT programs across locations.
• Provide direct employment-related services to patients enrolled in Employment Services.
• Document and bill encounters in accordance with AHCCCS and program requirements.
• Maintain accurate program records and ensure confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Collaborate with WAT Director and program staff to ensure compliant operations.
