Job summary

JWCH Institute, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a Site Supervisor to support the NENB Housing program. You will help the director with strategic planning and coordinate all operational aspects to ensure client-centered services.

You will supervise care-team staff, monitor daily client headcounts, oversee meals, housekeeping, and intake processes, and lead staff training on harm reduction and trauma-informed care. The role requires an associate or higher degree or 3-5+ years managerial experience.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree, preferably a Bachelor's Degree, in Human Services or Social Work, or 3-5+ years of relevant managerial experience.
• Experience and knowledge in human, social, and/or behavioral health services, especially for homeless and/or low-income individuals.
• Demonstrate expertise working with interdisciplinary teams and diverse populations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the director with strategic planning and coordinate all operational aspects of the NENB Program.
• Provide administrative direction to staff and oversee daily program activities and documentation.
• Monitor client headcounts, meals, laundry, and intake processes; ensure accountability and safekeeping of belongings.
• Lead staff training on harm reduction, trauma-informed care, de-escalation, and related topics.
• Collaborate with JWCH HFH, LAHSA, and partners to support program coordination and service delivery.
• Promote quality services, client satisfaction, and compliance with program requirements.
