Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years engineering with BS in STEM; 6+ years with MS; 4+ years with PhD.
• 5+ years experience in systems engineering, integration, and/or test environments.
• 2+ years experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles or as a CAM.
• Experience leading, managing, or supervising engineering staff (e.g., as a functional manager or section lead).

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering design, development, test and integration of hardware and software products/subsystems.
• Track and report cost and schedule performance (CAM) for design teams.
• Own the overall technical quality and performance for the engineering content of the scope of work.
• Ensure adherence to sound engineering processes across development, production, testing, and sustainment.
• Present status to program leadership and coordinate with PM, SEIT Lead, Chief Engineer, and IPT leads.
