Northrop Grumman is seeking a Software IPT Lead/CAM in Woodland Hills, CA, to plan and manage software, systems, and test engineers working on the latest M-code capable embedded GPS/IN navigation system.

The role emphasizes cost/schedule control, DO-178 compliance, and active participation in software development activities, with travel up to 10% and top-tier engineering collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in Software/Computer Engineering, Project Engineering, or related fields.
• Master’s degree with 6 years of experience; PhD with 4 years.

Mansioni

• Serve as a cost account manager for the software engineering responsibilities.
• Oversee planning and execution of software functions for the EGI-M program, including hands-on participation in software development activities.
• Set up and conduct scrum-Agile ceremonies (PI planning, Sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, PI reviews).
• Identify and mitigate execution risks to software development on the program.
• Determine staffing needed to develop software and coordinate with functional managers across multiple scrum teams.
