Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Woodland Hills, CA is seeking a Systems I&T CAM to lead planning, budgeting, and execution for a team of systems and test engineers developing the latest M-code–capable embedded GPS/Inertial navigation system.

The CAM will own cost and schedule for I&T work, coordinate with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, System Architect, and customer, and ensure system-level qualification and verification. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM, 8+ years experience; or Master’s 6+ years; or PhD 4+ years.
• : Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management.
• : Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• : Experience supporting Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs).
• : Ability to diagnose complex issues and drive tasks to completion.
• : Strong teamwork and leadership on projects.
• : U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• : On-site work in Woodland Hills, CA.

Responsibilities

• : Serve as Control Account Manager for I&T responsibilities.
• : Oversee I&T planning and execution for the EGI-M program, including environmental qualification, flight demonstrations, EMI and software qualification.
• : Identify and mitigate execution risks for I&T events.
• : Determine staffing needs and coordinate with functional managers.
• : Present execution plan and status to customer and senior leadership.
• : Collect, manage, and report program metrics and TPMs.
• : Coordinate with System Architect, Chief Engineer, and customers to ensure baseline integrity.
• : Perform analyses and traceability activities; document hardware discrepancies and root causes.
• : Travel ~10% to customer, supplier, and other NG locations.
