Job summary

RTX's Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) team in San Diego seeks a Section Leader to support engineering staffing and team development. You will mentor engineers, run performance discussions, and partner with program and functional leaders to address workforce needs while balancing technical and personnel duties.

The role combines technical leadership with people management, involves up to 20% travel, and is based in San Diego, CA.

Qualifications

• Requires a STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems, software, integration and/or test.
• Experience leading technical teams.

Responsibilities
