The position supports our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice across multiple offices, including The Link.

Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the applying state or commit to obtaining one. IP law knowledge is required, though a technical background is not necessary.

Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm with multiple locations across the United States, dedicated to our clients and the industries they serve.

We have an immediate opening for a Section 337 Litigation Associate with (preferably) three to six years of experience practicing before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). We will consider candidates for any of our offices including our virtual office, The Link. The candidate should have participated in at least two Section 337 ITC cases and be keenly familiar with ITC-specific issues such as domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure. The candidate should be knowledgeable of IP law, though a technical background is not required. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have an active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and much more.

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $215,000 to $250,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
