Job Duties

• Visit assigned retail, restaurant, convenience store, and hospitality locations to conduct compliance evaluations.
• Perform mock purchase attempts involving age-restricted products while following established compliance procedures.
• Observe employee adherence to identification and age-verification requirements.
• Monitor the proper use of age-verification technology and point-of-sale systems.
• Document observations and record compliance-related findings accurately.
• Submit detailed reports following each assigned location visit.
• Access secure online reporting systems to review assignments and complete documentation.
• Communicate professionally with program coordinators and management as needed.
• Travel between multiple locations throughout the assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate records while adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to drive between customer locations throughout the workday.
• Ability to enter and exit retail businesses multiple times per shift.
• Frequent use of a computer, smartphone, or tablet for reporting activities.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and travel for extended periods as required.
• Comfortable working independently in a variety of retail and hospitality environments.
