The position emphasizes strong customer service, collaboration with security teams, and adherence to IT policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of IT/help desk support experience.
• Networking concepts, protocols, and security methodologies.
• System performance and availability monitoring.
• Network access, identity, and access management (PKI).
• Remote access technologies.
• Cloud computing service/deployment models (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
• Network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Cybersecurity principles, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Information classification, compromise procedures, and incident management processes.
• Service desk best practices and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT/help desk support to end users and resolve incidents.
• Monitor and improve system performance and availability.
• Manage network access and identity procedures (PKI).
• Utilize incident tracking and knowledge base to close tickets.
• Contribute to SOPs and training materials; deliver technical guidance.
