Job summary

Angayut is seeking a Technical Support Analyst I to support a US Army customer in Arlington, VA. This on-site role includes handling IT issues, user accounts, LAN/Wi-Fi, and coordinating with the JSP on security upgrades; a Secret clearance is required.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's or equivalent IT experience, 5+ years serving federal government clients, and strong MS Office skills; responsibilities include AV support for meetings and maintaining inventory and access controls.

Position Title: Technical Support Analyst I

Overview Angayut is seeking a dynamic Technical Support Analyst to join our team supporting one of our US Army customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background Information Technology and customer service. Secret Clearance is required

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Information Management Officer for all Information Management and IT issues.
• Assist in issuing user Local Area Network (LAN) and wireless accounts, monitoring internet use, and ensuring proper IT security measures are followed within the Agency.
• Act as a liaison between the Agency and the OSD Joint Service Provider (JSP) for security, software, and equipment upgrades and turn-in, and requests for repair.
• Help conduct reviews ensuring that agency documents and internal policies and procedures are updated and correct and aid in software and hardware training.
• Assist the IMO with routine IT and information management
• including user account tracking, onboarding/offboarding coordination, and access requests; maintain
• Assist with maintaining property accountability records
• Track and reconcile assigned property, including conducting periodic inventories and updating records to reflect gains, losses, or transfers
• Provide audio visual support services for the setup of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) for agency personnel and provide A/V support for conferences and meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• 5 Years+ providing Information Technology Services to Federal Government Customers
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Secret Clearance
