Job summary

Rollout Systems, LLC seeks a highly motivated Systems Administrator to support enterprise IT for a War-fighter customer, onsite in Virginia. The role combines hands-on system management with strategic oversight to enhance security and efficiency of agency operations.

The incumbent will configure and maintain Windows Server environments, manage AD, Entra ID, Intune and related services, and collaborate with on-site and remote users and vendors to deliver reliable IT solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of client-server experience.
• 1+ years of Windows Server administration experience.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, MS Entra ID, and management tools.
• Experience with enterprise servers, workstations, mobile devices, and printers.
• ITIL or similar IT service frameworks familiarity.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize networked computer systems.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and configuration issues.
• Implement and enforce security policies and compliance.
• Perform software installations, OS updates, and system tuning.
• Lead data backups and archives management.
• Collaborate with on-site and remote users and vendors to deliver solutions and improve operational efficiency.
• Plan long-term infrastructure strategies and large projects with limited oversight.
