Job summary

DecisionPoint seeks two Journeyman ServiceNow Developers to configure, enhance, integrate, and optimize the ServiceNow platform for USMEPCOM ENLIST IT service-management. You will build workflows, service catalogs, CMDB functions, SLAs, knowledge management, dashboards, automations, and integrations.

These remote roles offer preference to candidates in or near Chicago and require collaboration with government stakeholders, testing, deployment, and continual improvement across the platform

Qualifications

Must hold an Active Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Configure, customize, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow capabilities.
Translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Develop catalog items, workflows, UI policies, and approvals.
Configure Flow Designer workflows, integrations, and scheduled jobs.
Support ITSM, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog capabilities.
Create dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for stakeholders.
Document configurations, designs, data mappings, and release notes.
