Job summary

DecisionPoint Corporation seeks two Journeyman ServiceNow Developers to configure, enhance, integrate, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to support the USMEPCOM ENLIST IT service-management model. You will build and maintain workflows, service catalogs, CMDB processes, SLAs/SLOs, knowledge bases, dashboards, automations, and system integrations.

These remote roles prioritize candidates located in or near Chicago, with a focus on secure, reliable, and maintainable platform capabilities across

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance or higher.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.

Responsibilities

Translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Configure incident, problem, change, request, event, knowledge, and service-catalog processes.
Develop catalog items, record producers, and workflows.
Configure Flow Designer workflows and integrations.
Support CMDB design, data ingestion, reconciliation, and health dashboards.
Develop dashboards, reports, and executive views.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
Implement role-based access controls and data-security configurations.
Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in Agile planning.
