Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer in Washington, DC. This hybrid role requires designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications, ITSM, CMDB, and service catalog integrations in a secure federal environment.

You will work on REST/SOAP integrations, workflows, and platform upgrades, ensuring performance and security while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance (TS preferred) and ability to work onsite in Washington, DC.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog in federal environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods.
• Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance.
• Maintain documentation and support end users as needed.
