Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer 3 in Chandler, AZ. The role focuses on real-time embedded software development, requirements and architecture work, detailed design, coding, and integration/testing within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

The position requires a BS in CS/EE or related field, embedded RTOS experience (VxWorks, Integrity, LynxOS, Yocto or similar), and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/Computer Systems or related field required.
• Experience with embedded real-time software development, debugging, and testing across full software lifecycle.
• Willing and able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements development, architecture development, detailed design, code and unit test, and integration and test of real-time embedded software.
• Ensure software standards are met.
• Collaborate in a multi-discipline team environment.
