Northrop Grumman in Chandler, AZ is recruiting embedded software engineers at junior to senior levels to design and develop real-time C/C++ software for advanced missile defense spacecraft and interceptors. This on-site role requires a Secret clearance and offers opportunities to impact national security.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience or Master’s with 1 year (Level 2)
Bachelor’s with 5 years (Level 3) or Master’s with 3 years or PhD with 1 year (Level 3)
Bachelor’s with 8 years (Level 4) or Master’s with 6 years or PhD with 4 years (Level 4)
Requires active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application

Responsibilities

Develop OO C/C++ software in a Linux environment
Perform embedded real-time software development, debugging and testing
Contribute to full software development lifecycle
Collaborate with teams to solve complex problems for missile defense systems
